About

Hi, I’m Jesse Wilson.

I’m a Master’s candidate at USC in the Annenberg Program on Online Communities (APOC). I have also taken 3 courses in the Business Entrepreneurship program at USC Marshall, and earned top of my class in Feasibility Analysis. APOC explores new media, internet marketing, and social networking. I believe that the social nature of the internet plays an ever increasingly important role in the way businesses and consumers interact.

I graduated with a B.A. in Business Management Economics at U.C. Santa Cruz with the class of 2006. As a student, I acted as a director in the University Economics Association, and later founded the Entrepreneurs’ Society, a student organization dedicated to fostering student entrepreneurship.

After UCSC I earned my real estate license and Realtor designation, enabling me to manage the sales and leasing of a 128-unit condo conversion project in Santa Cruz.

Today I work at Spark Networks in Product Management, where I oversee mobile products, social strategy and various other products and promotions.
